Recent works by Nigel Lendon, a Canberra artist who, in 1968, exhibited alongside Aspden, Ball, Johnson and Watkins in the epoch-making exhibition, The Field. Nigel Lendon’s exhibition is titled modelling the now. It too conducts a reappraisal of the idioms of the late 1960s and early 1970s: “In one sense time has stood still,” the artist said.

Nigel Lendon will discuss his recent work at the Drill Hall Gallery
on Sunday November 29 at 3pm.
